Discount Code Not Working?Updated 3 months ago

If your VIP discount code isn’t applying at checkout, don’t stress—there are a few quick things you can check to get it working smoothly.

Step 1: Make Sure the Code Is Entered Correctly

Before anything else, confirm the code itself is accurate.

  • Enter it exactly as shown. Discount codes are case-sensitive, and it’s easy to confuse characters like 0 (zero) and O (capital O).

  • Copy & paste for accuracy. Pull the code straight from your VIP dashboard and paste it into the discount field to avoid typos.

  • Use only one code. Our checkout system accepts a single discount code per order.

Step 2: Check the Minimum Order Requirement

Each VIP reward has its own minimum purchase amount.
If your cart doesn’t meet that threshold, the code won’t apply.

To confirm:

  1. Log into your ILGM account

  2. Go to VIP Program

  3. Review the reward details, including minimum spend requirements

Adjust your cart total if needed, then try the code again.
