For a single indoor plant, you don’t need a huge or expensive lighting setup. A 100W full-spectrum LED grow light is usually a good starting point for a small one-plant space.

Another good option is the Spider Farmer SF1000, which is also a 100W full-spectrum dimmable LED designed for a small grow space.

Either one can take a single plant from the seedling stage through flowering when used at the recommended height and intensity.

You don’t necessarily need the most expensive grow light for one plant. Look for a reputable 100–150W full-spectrum LED with roughly 2' × 2' coverage, and avoid inexpensive lights that advertise huge “1000W” or “2000W” numbers without clearly showing the actual power draw.

For growers who want more room to expand later, stepping up to a stronger light can make sense, but for a simple one-plant setup, either of these is a practical place to start.
