What to Do If Your Vape Isn’t Working ProperlyUpdated 8 days ago

If your vape arrives uncharged, produces little or no vapor, tastes burnt, appears low on oil, or otherwise doesn’t seem to be working correctly, there are a few things to check before requesting a replacement.

Fully charge the vape first

Connect it to a compatible charger and allow it to fully charge before testing it. A low battery can sometimes cause weak vapor production or make the device appear defective.

Make sure the vape is turned on

Many rechargeable vape devices must be manually activated.

Click the button 5 times quickly to turn the vape on. Once it is powered on, try using it again.

If the device still does not work correctly after being fully charged and turned on, we may need a few photos or a short video so our team can review the issue.

What to send us

Depending on the problem, please provide:

  • A photo of the full vape pen, including the front and back

  • A close-up photo of any visible leaking, cracks, damage, or unusually low oil level

  • A photo of the packaging, if available, showing the barcode or batch information

  • Your order number

  • The approximate date you first opened or used the vape

  • A brief description of any troubleshooting you have already tried, such as charging the device or cleaning the mouthpiece

For performance problems, a short video may also be required. For example, the video can show the vape not producing vapor, the light failing to activate, a blinking light, or difficulty pulling air through the mouthpiece.

Before recording the video, please make sure the vape has been fully charged and turned on by clicking the button 5 times.

Once we receive the requested information, our team can review the vape and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement.
