If you're having trouble logging into your ILGM account—stuck on the login screen, seeing an error, or suddenly locked out—here are the quickest ways to get back in.
1. Try Basic Troubleshooting First
Before anything else, rule out the most common login blockers:
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
Try a different browser or device.
Turn off any VPN or exit Incognito/Private mode.
Confirm you're using the correct email address for your ILGM store account.
A surprising number of login issues are resolved with these simple steps.
2. Make Sure You're on the Correct ILGM Site
We have several platforms, and each requires its own login. Double-check you're signing in to the right one:
ILGM Seed Store (orders, VIP points, rewards, account details)
ILGM Support Forum
ILGM Grow Journals
Trying to log into the wrong site is a common cause of “invalid login” errors.
3. Try a One-Time Password
If you’re on the correct site and still can’t get in:
Go to the ILGM login page.
Select “Request One Time Password.”
A 6-digit code will be emailed to you.
Enter the code to log in immediately.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Reset Your Password
If the one-time code doesn’t work or you prefer password login:
Request a password reset using your email address.
Follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Log in with your new password.
This is the best option if you suspect your password is incorrect or outdated.
