If you placed an order with ILGM and need to make a change or cancel it, we’re here to help. The steps below explain what to do depending on your order’s payment and shipping status.
How to Cancel Your Order
If Your Order Is Unpaid
We can cancel it immediately.
Simply contact our Customer Success Specialists through the Support Center (the chat function is the fastest option).
If Your Order Has Been Paid
We will cancel the order and issue a refund.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Please refuse the delivery or return the package unopened.
Once the package is returned to us, we will issue your refund.
How to Change Your Order
To request changes, contact the Customer Success Specialists via our Support Center.
We can update your order only after payment has been processed and before the order is packed for shipping.
Changing Strains
If the new strain is the same price, we can swap it out (as long as it’s in stock).
If the new strain is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
You will need to return it unopened.
Once we receive it, we can send a new order with your preferred strains.
A shipping fee will apply for the reship.
