We want every ILGM customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right—or you simply changed your mind—our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.
Below is a complete overview of how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Returning an Unopened Order
If you ordered seeds and decided not to keep them, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the packaging remains sealed and unopened.
Important conditions:
Seed packages must be in their original, unopened condition
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted
Opened items are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, contact our Customer Success Team through the Support Center. They’ll provide:
The correct return address
Step-by-step return instructions
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping
You’re responsible for the return until it reaches us
You may also refuse delivery upon arrival, allowing USPS to return it at no cost
Once your return is received, you can choose one of the following:
A refund
A reship (replacement seeds)
A discount code equal to the order value
Returning Seeds That Didn’t Germinate
If your seeds fail to germinate, our team may request a return for quality inspection.
What to Do
Reach out to your Customer Success Specialist via the Support Center. If a return is needed, they’ll guide you through the next steps.
After inspection, we can offer:
Replacement seeds
A discount code
A refund
Please note:
Each order placed within the last 12 months is eligible for one reship or discount code.
Refunds and Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel an order or request a refund, contact our Customer Success Team as soon as possible. They’ll help determine whether cancellation is still possible and assist with processing your refund.
If you experienced issues during germination or growing and prefer a refund instead of replacements, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
