If your order hasn’t arrived, don’t worry—just reach out to our Customer Support team and we will be happy to help. Once we confirm your details, we can reship your order.

Your order number
The full shipping address
Before doing so, please make sure you have followed these steps:
What to Do If Your Order Has Not Arrived
1. Confirm Your Payment
Before checking anything else, make sure your order was successfully paid for.
We can only ship fully paid orders.
2. Check Your Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Use this to monitor the movement and status of your package.
If Tracking Shows "Delivered"
Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
If tracking says delivered:
Contact USPS for clarification
Wait 3 days, as USPS may complete delivery during this period
If it still has not arrived, contact our Customer Support team and we will assist you
If Your Shipment Is Delayed
Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, but occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We print your shipping address exactly as you enter it during checkout.
If an incorrect address results in a lost package, we can reship your order, but a new shipping fee will apply.
If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, the corrected shipment will also require a new shipping fee.
Using a Forwarding Service
If you shipped your order to a forwarding service:
ILGM will replace the order only if it did not arrive at the forwarding service
We cannot guarantee or replace any order once it leaves the USA and is in the forwarding service’s possession
ILGM Delivery Guarantee
We can replace missing orders up to 90 days after the order was shipped. We will reship it for free—unless the original package was returned due to an incorrect address.
When we reship an order:
We send the exact same seeds originally purchased
Reshipments follow the same USPS tracked delivery process
