My Order Is Missing, Incorrect, or FaultyUpdated 2 months ago

We work hard to ensure every order is packed accurately and arrives in good condition. However, mistakes or issues can occasionally happen. If your order is missing items, appears incorrect, or you believe something is faulty, we’re here to help.

What to Do If Something Is Missing or Incorrect

If you notice that an item is missing from your order or you have received the wrong product:

  1. Contact our Customer Success Specialists via the Support Center within one week of delivery.

  2. Have your order number ready so we can quickly locate your order.

  3. Send a clear photo of the parcel and any seed baggies or items you received, so we can see exactly what arrived.

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we will arrange to send out any missing or corrected items as soon as possible.

What to Do If Something Seems Faulty

If you believe an item in your order is faulty or not as expected:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Success Team through the Support Center.

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the product and packaging, along with a brief description of the issue.
