If you’ve already reached out to ILGM and your support ticket is still open, there’s no need to worry—we haven’t forgotten about you. As long as your ticket hasn’t been marked as resolved or closed, it remains active and under review by our team.
What an Open Ticket Means
Once your request is submitted, it enters our support queue and is assigned to a Customer Success specialist. They’ll review the details and respond as soon as possible. Response times can vary depending on overall ticket volume, but every case is handled individually.
Please Don’t Submit a New Ticket
If you have additional details to share or want to follow up, reply directly to the original ticket email or continue the conversation in the same thread. Opening a new ticket for the same issue can slow things down by splitting information across multiple requests.
